🔄 Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the receipt of your package to contact us and request a return.

✅ Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must:

• Be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed
• Have all its tags attached
• Be returned in its original packaging

Sale items, swimwear, and underwear are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

📦 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.

🛑 Defective Item or Error

If you have received a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
