Return policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. Contact us within this period to request a return.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the returned item must:

• Be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
• Have its tags attached, where applicable
• Be returned in its original packaging

For hygiene reasons, underwear whose hygiene seal has been removed cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm your refund by email. It is issued to your original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive the return.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Defective item or wrong item

If you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order, contact us with a photo. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or a full refund.

How do I start a return?

Write to us through the Contact page or at contact@vesawomen.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return address and the steps to follow.
