Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between (VESAWOMEN) and any customer making a purchase on the site. Any purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

2. Products

Our products are women's sportswear and accessories (yoga, fitness, running sets). Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight color variations may exist depending on screens.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock problems or fraudulent payment.

5. Payment

Payment is made securely online via the methods offered at checkout (credit card, etc.). The transaction is encrypted and secured by Shopify Payments.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped from our suppliers in Asia. Estimated delivery times are 8 to 18 business days. For more details, see our Shipping & Delivery page.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. For more information, see our Returns & Refunds page.

8. Guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (article L.217-4 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (article 1641 of the Civil Code).

9. Liability

My shop cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the site or purchased products, nor for delivery delays due to external causes (customs, carriers, etc.).
