Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern sales made on vesawomen.com by MBS Commerce LLC, operator of the VesaWomen store (see the Legal Notice), to any customer. Placing an order means you fully accept these terms.

2. Products

Our products are women's sportswear (yoga, fitness, running and fleece sets). Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; slight color variations may occur depending on your screen.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars ($), excluding shipping, and include taxes where required by law. Products are charged at the price in effect when your order is confirmed.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide. We may cancel an order in case of stock issues, payment problems or suspected fraud, in which case you will be fully refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is made online, securely, using the methods offered at checkout (including PayPal and bank card). Transactions are encrypted.

6. Delivery

Orders ship from our logistics partners in Asia. The estimated total delivery time is 7 to 14 business days, with a maximum of 21 business days. Shipping fees, free-shipping thresholds and details are on the Shipping & Delivery page.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. See the Returns & Refunds page.

8. Warranties

Our products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity that apply in your country of residence.

9. Liability

VesaWomen cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors (customs, carriers, force majeure).

12. Governing law
